Zhongxing Metal provides a wide range of abrasive media for different blasting, cleaning, peening, cutting and finishing applications.

Steel Shot

Our steel shot is widely used for foundry cleaning, desanding, shot blasting and shot peening. It provides strong impact force and stable cleaning performance. Available options include high carbon steel shot, low carbon steel shot and other steel shot grades according to customer requirements.

Common sizes include S70, S110, S170, S230, S280, S330, S390, S460, S550, S660 and S780.

Steel Grit

Steel grit is an angular abrasive media with strong cutting ability. It is suitable for rust removal, descaling, surface preparation before coating, stone cutting and applications requiring controlled surface roughness.

Available hardness ranges include GH, GL and GP steel grit, allowing customers to choose the right cutting strength and service life for different blasting applications.

Cut Wire Shot

Steel cut wire shot is produced from high-quality steel wire with uniform particle size and stable performance. It is suitable for precision cleaning, deburring, shot peening and surface strengthening.

Available shapes include Type C cylindrical cut wire shot, G1 slightly rounded, G2 double conditioned and G3 spherical conditioned cut wire shot.

Stainless Steel Cut Wire Shot

Stainless steel cut wire shot is recommended for stainless steel, aluminum, zinc alloy and other non-ferrous metal parts where ferrous contamination should be avoided. It provides clean, uniform and low-damage blasting performance.

Common materials include SUS304, SUS302, SUS430 and SUS410, with cylindrical and conditioned shapes available.

Other Abrasive Media

We also supply copper cut wire shot, aluminum cut wire shot, zinc cut wire shot, garnet, brown fused alumina and white fused alumina for special applications such as non-ferrous metal finishing, waterjet cutting, open blasting and precision surface treatment.
