G25 Steel Grit is a medium-size angular abrasive suitable for standard shot blasting and metal surface preparation. With controlled cutting action, stable particle size and reliable cleaning efficiency, G25 steel grit can remove rust, light scale and surface contaminants while producing a moderate surface profile. It is suitable for steel parts, fabricated metal components, castings, forgings, machinery parts and workpieces that require balanced cleaning performance before painting, powder coating or finishing.
Steel grit is produced by melting high-quality steel, atomizing it into steel shot, crushing the shot into angular particles, and then screening and heat-treating the material according to required hardness and size.
During production, the steel grit is classified by sieve analysis and inspected for chemical composition, hardness, density and particle size distribution. This helps ensure stable cutting performance and consistent surface roughness during blasting.
G25 steel grit is commonly used for medium-duty shot blasting, metal surface preparation, casting cleaning, machinery part cleaning and welded component treatment. It is suitable for steel parts, forgings, fabricated metal parts and workpieces requiring a moderate surface profile before coating or finishing.
Packed in steel drums or palletized packaging.

G25 steel grit is a medium-size angular abrasive used for general shot blasting, rust removal, descaling and surface preparation before painting or coating. It provides a good balance between cleaning efficiency and surface profile control.
G25 steel grit is commonly used for steel plates, steel structures, castings, forgings, machinery parts and welded components. It is suitable for removing rust, mill scale, oxide scale and surface impurities while creating a clean anchor profile for coating adhesion.
G18 steel grit has a larger particle size and provides stronger cutting power with a deeper surface profile. It is suitable for heavier rust, thicker scale and stronger surface contamination.
G25 steel grit is finer than G18. It provides more controlled cleaning performance and creates a more moderate surface roughness. It is suitable for general surface preparation where the workpiece needs effective cleaning without an excessively deep surface profile.
